Responsibilities (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse:

·        Daily documentation

·        Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s.

·        Notify pharmacy of new orders.

·        Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician

·        Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator

Qualifications (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse:

·        LPN License in NJ

• Positive and energetic individual with creativity
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
