Addison Heights Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking compassionate and caring (LPN’s) Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.

Make up to $32.72 per hour with our new wage scale!

Shifts Available: 12 Hour Shifts

• Days 7:00a-7:00p
• Nights 7:00p-7:00a
