Responsibilities:

·         Administrating treatments and documentation

·         Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs

·         Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs

·         All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Qualifications: 

·         Must have an active RN or LPN license in the state of PA
