Located at 4 Hazel Ave in Naugatuck, Complete Care at Glendale is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility looking for skilled, compassionate, and energetic (RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor for 3-11 and 7-7 to join our team.

Position: Full-Time 40 hrs M-F with e/o weekend or M-F with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities of an (RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor:

• Administrating treatments and documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications of an (RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor:

• Must have an active RN license in the state of CT.
