Salary position starts at 75,000-  based on experience may be more.  This position is part of Nurse Management thst includes, training and retraining of new and exsisting  nurses and C.N.A positions.  THIS POSITION IS ALSO IN THE ON CALL ROTATION FOR NURSE COVERAGE IF THERE IS A CALL OFF INCLUDING OVERNIGHT SHIFTS.  Schedule is normally Mon- Fri however flexability is a must. 

JOB SUMMARY: This is a  40 hour a week salaried management position that cooridnates with HR to ensure proper orientation for all levels of nursing hired.  It includes re training and re-training  when needed for all levels of nursing, monthly staff inservices,  daily on the spot educations as needed, staying up to date with new information for training purposes.   This position will also do rounds with the wound doctor on Wednesdays to update any progress or change of orders as well as esucation to staff when ordes change. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Holds a current state license as a registered nurse 

Ability to develop policies and procedures 

Ability to teach and evaluate clinical performance 

Communication skills 

Computer skills required for the position
