WHO WE ARE: Suwannee Valley Nursing Center  a 60 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Jasper, FL is currently seeking an LPN.  We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new professional to join our team.

As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist with administering medications, care planning, and the daily support and supervision of the clinical staff.  Here @ Suwannee Valley Nursing Center, we believe in a strong TEAM approach that truly improves the lives of all our residents.

NEW PAY SCALE IN EFFECT.

 As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:

• Assess and document resident progress in the medical record
• Perform preventative skin care, dressing changes, and wound care
• Communicate pertinent information about resident condition and progress to supervisors and DON
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as ordered by the physician and according to all facility policies and procedures
• Assist in the admissions process, transfer process, and discharge process 
• Other duties as assigned

12 Week Program

Salary Base Pay plus $5

$3000 bonus after completion of 12 Weeks.

Can do additional 12 weeks or Choose to stay Full TIme.
