Seton Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in Orwigsburg, PA, is seeking to hire compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team!

Full Time & Part Time schedules available

Shifts: 6a-2p or 7a-3p

The most successful candidates:

Have experience in long-term care or physical rehabilitative setting

Willing to train CNAs with the drive to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to work with the geriatric population

Possess a positive attitude

Treat each resident with care, compassion, dignity, and respect

Are patient team players with the ability to adapt to easily to change

Communicate effectively with the residents you care for as well as the nursing team

Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences

The responsibilities & duties:

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver
• through providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
• Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
• Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
• Provide accuracy in documentation by completing forms, reports, and logs

The Qualifications:

• Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate for the state of Pennsylvania upon hire
• Ability to perform physical tasks performed in CNA work.
