New plant opening. 2-lines, 1 shift. Multi-channel fresh food business serving Retail Grocery, Colleges and Universities, Healthcare and Transportation hubs operating over 6,000 locations in North America.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the production of food products in accordance with provided specifications including quality and quantity.

Hire, train and manage production team to ensure desired performance is achieved and all operating standards are adhered to.

Provide hands on experience in day-to-day operations and ensure and maintain a high level of sanitation, food safety, and safe working environment.

Create labor, production schedules.

Report to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications:

2+ years of supervisory / management experience in a food processing facility.

Knowledge of food safety standards, GMPs and HACCP plant experience.

Computer literate and MS Office.

ERP experience is a plus.
