TITLE

Maintenance Supervisor

**Must be knowledgeable in TPM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in coordinating plant Commissioning, Qualification, and Verification (CQV) activities for start up within the department.
• Ensure technical documentation, PMs, and spares for department equipment and systems are identified and in place
• This position will provide technical expertise and guidance to our technical resources within a department, that may require providing support off-shift or on weekends if needed.
• Coach and develop operations technical resources
• Implement effective predictive and preventative PM programs
• Liaison to IM Pillar – re: developing and maintain equipment standards and providing feedback to design
• Manage technical budget identifying and executing loss savings projects
• Coach department leaders and Process Engineers on effective PM planning and data collection
• Provide problem solving expertise and root cause analysis to Operations
• Lead teams across multiple functions to successfully execute projects

SELECTION CRITERIA

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience is required

Other

• Experience with extrusion processes a plus
• Willing to relocate for future opportunities
• Some travel required for plant start up
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in food
• Project management skills
• Problem solving ability
• Solid inter-personal skills
• Ability to teach and lead others
• Open to managing operating teams as needed (as backup or future assignment)
• Can work off shift or weekends as needed
