3rd shift Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description

Position Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator helps support the day to day operations of the distribution center. Coordinator will work with shipping/receiving labels, data entry to various inventory systems or record, and assist with ensuring other warehouse procedures are followed.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

Handle traffic of trucks coming into the warehouse dock area. Ensure bill of lading is accurate
Prepare and organize pallets containing boxes of food product and production supplies for order fulfillment
Ensure packing slips are included and correct prior to having product leave the facility
Receive trucks for incoming product. Confirm packing slips to product received
Respond to both email and verbal communication requests for product transfers from the other locations
Designate proper storage area for incoming product
Scan and track all incoming product and location moves into AX inventory program to ensure information showing is accurate
Log product received into computer system for verification
Transfer packing slips to Purchasing and Accounting for proper handling
Rotate all food product to ensure FIFO process is being met
Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor and inventory personnel to ensure inventory accuracy and replenishment needs
Monitor weekly and monthly cycle counts for all products in the facility. Update/confirm inventory program based on actual cycle count numbers
Ensure that all products are rotated. Ensure FIFO/FEFO process is being met
Confirm packing slips to product received. Designate proper storage area for incoming product
Print all labels for ITNS
Perform pre and post audits for all kitchen transactions
Perform Supply/Box location audits as required
Monitor and audit INVQUEST/Dock Locations

Required Skills and Experience

High school diploma or GED
1 year of previous warehouse/inventory experience
Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt and implement change in a timely and effective manner

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Able to perform repetitive movements
Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
