Job Description

Currently seeking a Full time ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing). The candidate can be an RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse). The ideal candidate will possess a current New Jersey RN or LPN license and have a positive, team oriented, resident focused perspective.

Compensation for the ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing)

• Based on experience

Requirement of the Nurse; RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

• Current New Jersey RN or LPN license

Responsibilities of the ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing) is not limited to the following:

1. Provide care according to approved Plan of Care
2. Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
3. Give medication as prescribed by a physician
4. Take vital signs
5. Wound care
6. Take medical histories
7. Proactively communicate changes in resident condition
