We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)

ADON Duties Include:

• Assist Director of Nursing with daily responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance & an exceptional quality of resident care.
• Effectively communicate with all nursing staff.
• Help create & direct care plans; complete medical records.
• Assist with interviewing & orienting new staff.
• Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs.

ADON Requirements Include:

• Current New York State RN license
• Experience in Long-Term Care
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Evidence of advanced leadership skills and supervision
