Job Description

The program currently consists of 13 residents/yr, Each resident will have 1 half day continuity clinic when on wards each week. When in research or elective, they will have 2 half days of clinic/week. There is no clinic during ICU,night float,or EM.

Expected salary range from $180k to $220k, cost of living is 20% below average.

28 bed Level 2 trauma ED staffed with 12 EM residency trained physicians.

Faculty Physician would be responsible for precepting up to 4 residents each morning and 4 residents each afternoon

Multiple ancillary tests including bone density scans performed in the clinic.

Practice is located in the Southeast Health Doctors Building attached to Southeast Health Medical Center, making hospital rounding convenient.

BC required. Ideal candidate will possess 3-5 yrs experience practicing outpatient IM post-residency training.

Enthusiasm for teaching and leading physicians required.

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm work schedule. No weekend, holiday, or call requirements.
