Located in Blooming Grove, NY

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage, track, and analyze inventory assets. Reconcile inventory accounts monthly, prepare reporting, and monitor inventory internal controls. Reconcile fixed assets monthly and prepare quarterly lead schedules.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor inventory transactions to the General Ledger to ensure proper accounting
• Review inventory accounts and reconcile monthly
• Assist and communicate with warehouses
• Maintain and update internal controls for inventory
• Prepare inventory reporting used to operate the business
• Perform fixed asset close and prepare monthly reporting
• Prepare journal entries for fixed asset reconciliations
• Prepare fixed asset lead schedules on a quarterly basis
• Reconcile 3rd party fulfillment warehouses
• Prepare journal entries for centralized fulfillment transactions and costs
• Expand, manage, and maintain minimum/maximum ordering processes
• Report physical inventory findings and cycle counting
• Perform various duties/projects as directed

• BA/BS in Accounting required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with asset management preferred
• Ability to interact with management in a professional manner
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload
• Some travel required (5%)
