Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices for payment
• Handle monthly closing process
• Provide back up to accounts receivable as needed
• Resolve internal and external discrepancies associated with vendor invoicing errors, making necessary adjustments
• Review and process employee expense reports

Qualifications:

• Financial/Accounting degree with a strong technical background or comparable experience
• Knowledge of accounts payable/accounts receivable/general ledger systems and procedures and financial chart of accounts

This is a temp to hire opportunity.  The  pay rate  for this  position is $21.00 - $25.00 per  hour based on experience.
