Looking for a contract role with a fantastic Springfield-area academic institution? This administrative coordinator role could be a great match. Pay rate is $20 per hour.

In this role, the majority of your time will be spent on handing incoming phone calls, texts, and emails—using your excellent customer service skills to provide an excellent experience for all callers. In addition to the public aspect of your assignment, you’ll also be handling a workflow of paperwork, ensuring everything is processed and handled with a high level of attention to detail. Administrative Coordinator Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recent experience in a customer-facing administrative office role
  • Ability to manage a busy volume of incoming calls, texts, and emails
  • Strong proficiency with office computer software (experience with Salesforce a plus!)
