Ready to make a difference in a student’s life? Earle C Clements is looking for advanced welding instructors to help teach our students job worthy skills in the welding industry. Our instructors motivate and counsel each student in areas of behavior along with directing them in training for their specific department.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• CWI preferred.  Must complete CWI after accepting position.
• Certified by American Welding Society or the standards established by American Welding Society of Mechanical Engineers., Boilers and Pressure Vessel code.
• Must be able to perform and teach 5G and 6G welds. Able to become a certified Weld Inspector with the American Welding Society within twelve months.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record is required.
