Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Operations the Aide Housekeeping is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests and completing all cleaning assignments in a timely and high quality manner, in accordance with established practices and procedures.

Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Operations the Aide Housekeeping is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests and completing all cleaning assignments in a timely and high quality manner, in accordance with established practices and procedures.

3:00pm - 11:30pm
- Completes daily, weekly and monthly cleaning assignments within designated area according to established policies and procedures.
- Washes, dries, folds, distributes and collects soiled towels as needed in the Lifestyles locker rooms if applicable.
- Keeps supplies stocked at all times.
- Maintains appropriate levels of products necessary in the performance of duties.
- Maintains an accurate inventory of supplies and notifies supervisor when additional supplies are needed.
- Cleans and inspects equipment such as washers, dryers, cabinets, windows and casings as appropriate.
- Reports any necessary facility or equipment repairs to the supervisor and/or maintenance department.
- Completes annual on-going competency requirements. Attends continuing education programs and completes mandatory training in order to maintain certification/licensure, department specific requirements and professional growth. All Lifestyles: Maintains required CPR (BLS).
- Follows system and department policies and procedures with special attention to attendance and punctuality, confidentiality, dress code and display of ID badge, and safety.

Education:
- High school graduate preferred.
Certifications:
- None required
Complexity of Work:
- Strong communication skills to successfully communicate with patients guests co-workers and other customers both internally and externally. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to identify and follow through on quality issues. Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with members of the health care team. Maintains BLS (if assigned to LifeStyles).
