11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of Ambulatory Clinic (LPN) experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• COVID vaccination required. This facility does not accept declinations.

• Flu vaccination is required. This facility does not accept declinations.
