• Trauma Level: Level I

Reason For Coverage: Short staffed by 2 Full Timers, Looking for locums who can come provide consistency. Would like 2 weeks per month M-Friday.

Dates & Required Availability: December - Ongoing

Shift & Call Details: 7a-3p M-F (Docs just supervising!) The crna’s run the case.

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

Job Details:

• Patient Volume: 17-19
• Required Procedures: Bread and Butter General Anes, Ortho, Card, Trauma.
• APP Support/Supervision: Docs just supervising group of 4 CRNA’s typically.
• EMR: Cerner
• Client Requirements: none
• Travel/Lodging Accommodations: Pays Travel

Additional Details:

• Pay Rate: $235-242
• Bill Rate: $325-344
• GM @ $240 Pay and $340 Bill = $770
• Rate Restrictions: (client won’t pay $350+)
