Assembler

FULL-TIME

$17.25/hr, plus $2000 new hire bonus, see details below

- Assembles and/ or installs various electrical and/or mechanical components where operations and sequences are specified by established documentation.
- May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire to specified size, stripping, tinning or bending wire parts, wiring and fastening terminal connections.
- May operate automatic and semiautomatic assembly equipment

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00AM or 8:30AM
Shift length: 6 - 8.5 hours
2 shifts available: 40 hour week shift: 6-230; M-F 30 hour week shift: 8:30-2:30; M-F

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 35 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Entry level, generally less than 1 year experience Must be able to read and understand assembly documentation, blueprints and/or wire lists. Must be able to use small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers. Must be familiar with general computer operation. IPC Soldering Certification a plus QSR experience a plus Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English
