Position Details:

Multiple candidates are needed for their Shell Fabricating department. This is a 1^st shift position with the hours of 6:00am 4:30pm Monday through Thursday and mandatory OT on Friday from 6:00am until 3:30pm for a total of 48 hours per work week. The starting pay is $18.00/hr with an opportunity for evaluation/pay increase during temp to hire phase as well as another possible evaluation in pay once converted over to full time status.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
They are willing to train from the ground up, and experience in construction/carpentry work is a plus. There are several departments where employees are cross trained. At times employees will use ladders or work inside a closed area to perform work. All OSHA requirements are adhered to. The employee will use power tools and operate tooling equipment during the fabrication process

• HSD/GED is NOT required
• 1-2 years of assembly, carpentry, construction, or similar experience is required
• Experience with power tools and able to read a tape measure is required
