YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Dwellside Care & Rehab! As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON, you will work with DNS to direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel. You will conduct audits on infection prevention practices and provide education to all staff members as well as comply with mandates for state and federal public reporting. This position is also responsible for new staff orientation, coordinating wound management programs, and guiding staffing procedures. An Assistant Director of Nursing must be a Registered Nurse who has excellent managerial and administrative skills.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Positive and upbeat attitude
• In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• 2 years of experience in infection prevention highly preferred
