Now Hiring:

Assistant Director of Nursing - Full Time with on-call rotation

The ADON works directly with the Director of Nursing to assist with management of the Department of Nursing, evaluating staff, maintaining and updating audits, compliance and legal documentation of patient and staff data. By supervising nursing staff and confirming compliance within the department, the ADON will ensure top delivery of care and services according to each resident's comprehensive assessment and care plan.

Education Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin
ADON or extensive RN supervisor experience in an SNF setting
