We are looking for a kind, caring RN to join our phenomenal team as an Assistant Director of Nursing. This individual shall posses amazing interpersonal skills, supervisory skills, and a keen understanding of the long care nursing home industry.

The ADON is responsible to assist in the coordination, organization, implementation, evaluation and direction of the nursing service department as well as its programs and activities in accordance with current rules and regulations and guidelines that govern the nursing care facilities
