Assistant Director of Nursing - RN

The ADON will work along side the DON and other nurse managers to monitor the functioning of the department and performance of the employees.

He/she has to make sure that a standard of quality is maintained in all the operations and all the employees of this department are efficient to execute their duties.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling.

-Inventory management.

- Recruitment and training.

-Supervision and performance appraisal.

-Documentation and payroll.

Qualifications:

-Must have a current state RN in good standing

-Must have nurse management or supervisory experience

-5 years LTC experience preferred

-EMR experience
