Currently accepting applications for an Assistant Director of Nursing- ADON at Beechtree Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As an ADON, you will report directly to the Director of Nursing and cover when the Director of Nursing is not in the facility

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating a safe, healthy work environment that supports delivery of high-quality resident care. 
• Creating a culture where highly engaged team members are able to contribute to the best in resident care and to grow professionally.
• Assuring the best resident care by supervising and directing Nursing Personnel
• Serving as a liaison for all nursing staff and nurse management
• Making decisions regarding nursing and unit problems
• Attending and supervising wound rounds weekly
• Participating in facility surveys
• Communicating effectively with staff, physicians, and resident’s families

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, with a current and valid RN license in New York State
• Long-term care experience is a must.
• Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, and multi-task.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.
