Job Description

The Assistant General Counsel supports all areas of the business by carrying out the day-to-day operations and administration of the Legal Department, which includes protecting the assets, operations and rights of the company through negotiation of contracts, assessment of risks, and review of applicable regulations. 

Location: Merchants Fleet HQ in Hooksett, NH is preferred; partial remote work would be considered for the right candidate.
