Job Description

Massachusetts Dispensary (Adult Use) seeks Assistant Dispensary Manager to support the GM and lead a team of talented budtenders.

Responsibilities will include:

Supervise and train staff

Collaborate with team on setting and achieving team-specific goals

Monitor inventory based on current trends, availability of new products and customer interest

Maintain compliant and customer-friendly merchandising standards throughout the store

Partner with Vendor Partner to help plan trainings, events, and product promotions

Salary

$54000 - $56000 USD per year

Required Skills

• A minimum of 1 years in a customer service role in a retail or hospitality environment
• Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations)
• A minimum of a High School diploma is required
• Intermediate-level math skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve and resolve problems in a calm, professional, and courteous manner
• Strong computer-based skills
• Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Personal experience with cannabis

Desired Skills

• Analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures
• Proven expertise and experience to accurately manage a register
• Experience training new hires in a previous job
• Experience as a “key holder” in a retail environment
• Knowledge of the state’s cannabis regulations
• 5+ years in retail
