Assistant Gluer Operator $15.00 per hour + Sign On and Retention Bonus

FULL-TIME

$15/hr, plus $1000 new hire bonus, see details below

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT

THE ASSISTANT GLUER OPERATOR WILL ASSIST THE GLUER OPERATOR IN THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS/TASKS:

Initiate machine set up, which includes but not limited to the following steps:

Set pre-feeders on machines. (when applicable)

Produce one sample and verify accuracy per job specifications.

Make machine adjustments when needed.

Process Order.

Maintain good organization and housekeeping in your area.

Cross train in all areas to fill in as needed.

Work in an environment that is often very hot in the summer.

MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS REPEATEDLY THROUGHOUT SHIFT:

Lift 25 to 50 lbs. continuously

Stooping, walking, bending, twisting, standing, sweeping, hand motion, wrist motion, body rotation, counting and reading a tape measure.

Comply with quality verifications procedures.
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ANY REQUIRED OVERTIME (WHICH CAN INCLUDE SATURDAYS)

Schedule

Shift start: 7:00AM
Shift length: 10 hours
1st shift Some Saturdays required
