Job Skills / Requirements

Under the direction of the Site Operations Manager, is responsible for direct supervision and training of cleaning associates, and management of e-hub payroll. Supervises and coordinates activities of associates engaged in cleaning and maintaining assigned facility.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily activities, work schedules and work along side janitorial staff which includes cleaning of all the public areas, restrooms and offices
• Perform quality inspection audits
• Investigate and ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment
• Maintain adequate supply inventory
• Complete and submit reports in an accurate and timely manner including but not limited to: timekeeping, injury management, attendance and vacation
• Investigate customer concerns about service and establish effective countermeasures
• Communicate with Human Resource staff to maintain adequate staffing levels, which will include active participation in the hiring process
• Partner with Site Operations Manager on training, coaching, developing and motivating associates and redirect when necessary
• Complete regular safety training and inspections

Pay: Starting at $45K DOE

Shift: Days Vary - Night Shift

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of Supervisor or Management experience
• Ability to quickly change goals and direction based on customer needs
• Comfortable with lifting over 50+ lbs occasionally
• Must be comfortable doing janitorial work
• Must be comfortable in a fast paced enviroment
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff with professionalism
• Flexibility that allows for both day, evening and weekend shifts
• Must be able to learn to operation equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack or cherry picker
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and national criminal background check as well as eligibility to work in the US

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or GED
