Audio/Video Production Specialist-

- Collaborate within Marketing and internal creative team across functions to execute and produce creative graphic solutions

- Strong knowledge of modern professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment

- Directing experience

- Detail-oriented with a high standard for image quality

- Familiarity with the video switcher

- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Google Drive, and Dropbox

- Experience in medical marketing a plus

- Excellent interpersonal communications skills 

- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines 

- Demonstrates ability to condense, organize and convey complex information in a logical, visually pleasing, and user-friendly manner that is appealing to broad range of audiences 

- Understanding of all aspects of industry standard post-production 

- Minimum 5-7 years of content creation experience, preferably at a creative agency or production company 

- Knowledge of the multi-camera studio workflow 

- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously under tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment
