The Gazebo Grille offers delicious snacks, sandwiches and sweets. Conveniently located between the family pool and the adults-only pool, Gazebo Grille is a great place to grab a bite to eat when you take a break from the water.

A Gazebo bartender plays an important role in guests enjoying their outdoor pool or bar experience.  The bartender should enjoy conversation and mixing cocktails to customer specifications.  The bartender should enjoy working in a fun and fast paced outdoor atmosphere and be knowledgeable on a wide range of cocktails and be able to mix them correctly. 

The Waterfront Restaurant is known for its casual, laid-back vibe.  It’s the perfect place to unwind, either on the patio or indoors.  The restaurant serves lunch and dinner.  It is a family friendly, fun atmosphere by day and enjoyed by customers appreciating live music and cocktails by night.  The Waterfront bartender plays an integral role in ensuring that each of our customers have an exceptional fun dining experience.

Bar West is positioned as an Up-scale piano type bar with handcrafted signature cocktails and small plates in a casual yet elegant lounge atmosphere.

The Bar West bartender plays an important role in guests dining experience or bar experience.  The bartender should enjoy conversation, live music, and mixing cocktails to customer specifications.  The bartender should enjoy working in a fun and fast paced atmosphere and be knowledgeable on a wide range of cocktails and be able to mix them correctly.  It is very rewarding to be able to mix and make something to appeal directly to your customers taste.  Bar West Bartenders enjoy that luxury, of crafting some of their very own cocktails. 

BASIC FUNCTION:  The Bartender will serve drinks and food at the bar to the guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Compose and be knowledgeable of standard drinks and liquors or wines specific to restaurant bar.
• Plan and maintain par levels for bar inventory. Prepare daily orders for bar items to maintain pars.
• Responsible for cash handling and bank procedures as outlined by the Accounting Department.
• Perform accurate bar inventory on the last day of each month or as deemed necessary by the Director of Restaurants or the Restaurant Manager.
• Responsible for learning suggestive selling techniques and using them during services.
• Maintain cleanliness of all workplace areas that apply to the bar.
• Maintain perfectly crisp uniform.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

• Required to perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Scheduled hours may vary on business needs and may or may not include holidays, weekends, various shifts, overtime or reduced hours.
• Greet guests as they enter restaurant. Take and return guests coats as needed.
• Deliver cocktails to tables as needed.
• Assist in other Food and Beverage departments as needed.

ENVIRONMENT:

Small indoor building with constant exposure to the outdoors and hard surface flooring. Will frequently encounter hot temperatures.

What are we looking for?

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years bartending experience.
• One-year fine dining or high-end resort experience.
• Extensive liquor, beer, wine and mixology knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
