Baylor Program (work every weekend):

RN

Work 16 hours Saturday and 16 hours Sunday = 32 worked (paid for 40 hours)

Time off accrued will be based on hours worked

Prorated insurance benefits

To be eligible for Baylor benefit (i.e. bonus hours), you must work all required hours during that pay period. If you do not work all required hours during your pay period, you will only be paid hours worked.

*Sign on bonus $3,000.00, payable in three installments as follows: 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-placement physical and criminal background

 The Baylor Nurse (RN or LPN) is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an RN/LPN you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including:

·       Assessment

·       Care Planning

·       Implementing Care

·       Managing Patient Care

·       Quality Improvement

·       Problem Solving

·       Bedside Nursing

·       Medication Administration

·       Treatments

Required qualifications:

• Graduate of approved (RN or LPN) Program.
• Previous experience as an RN in an acute care/long term care setting is desirable.
• Current licensure to practice as a RN or LPN in the State of New York.
