What will I be doing?
 

  • Greets and assists with owners and guests transporting and/or securing their luggage appropriately, as well as other special requests and deliveries. Monitor front entrance of property and guest's arrivals.
  • Provides instructions and information regarding the amenities of the room and property services based on our brand standards.
  • The BellPerson will also assist in covering the gate when needed. Ensures an organized, safe and clean front entrance and lobby area.
  • Carries out reasonable requests by management including assisting other departments.
  • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general documents.
  • Minimally intermediate computer skills.
  • Minimum basic mathematical skills.
  • Use good judgment to deal with a variety of variables in guest and business situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and service skills.
  • Previous customer service experience

 

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

 

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in this or a related job
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Previous hotel experience
