Facilities Engineer

Our Facilities Engineer is responsible for providing daily direction and management of the Building Maintenance Team with a focus on quality, delivery cost and safety.  You will facilitate a Rapid Continuous Improvement culture with respect to beliefs, behaviors, and processes.  You will also foster a member owner culture by engaging and developing your members.   

Areas of impact to be successful include: 

• Project Management, oversee contractor bids for various projects
• Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, future building and facility expansion.
• Regular and effective communication with all departmental stake holders. 
• Develop and administer capital budget and schedule of facility modification.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of the facility
• Help improve facility cleanliness and appearance to align with representing a world class facility to use as a selling tool within current and future customers to grow sales
• Kaizen waste out of system processes and maintenance specific tasks to improve team productivity and enhance service levels
• Assist Maintenance, Process Engineers and Skilled Trades Manager with project requests
• Strong mechanic, HVAC systems and electrical background would be ideal.
