As a(n) Bus Exp Plan & Admin Specialist Senior within PNC's Enterprise Testing Services/ Risk organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX. Other locations may be considered as well.

The ETS COO Office is looking for a candidate to join Enterprise Testing Services (ETS) as a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist Sr. In this role, you will be a valued contributor to the operations, governance and talent and communications for ETS. You will work closely with Senior ETS Leaders, including the ETS Director, the testing and validation teams and other Lines and Business (LOBs) and Risk Areas to support the strategic objectives and priorities of ETS and IRM as a whole.

This includes but is not limited to the:
• ETS RCSA (Control Performance & Evidential Matter) & IRM Business
Monitoring Controls
• Internal audits and regulatory exams
• ETS Strategic Plan
• All ETS Business Continuity activities and submissions
• ETS-Owned Issues tracking, OCC and Risk Committee Reporting (ERMC and the Risk Committee of the Board)
• ETS Supporting Policy, the ETS Risk Procedure and associated ETS Desktop Documents and guidance materials/aids
• ETS All Team Meetings

Preferences/skills:
• Strong decision making and critical thinking skills preferred
• Strong communication skills (includes ‘soft’, written and verbal)
• Executive presence and business acumen
• Accuracy and attention to detail; ability to process information with high levels of accuracy
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.) and SharePoint skills required
• Tableau experience is a plus
• Risk/Program/Project Management experience is highly preferred

Job Description

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
