About the role: 
As a Business Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage mid to high level marketing projects and campaigns from beginning to end for one or more of our core constituent groups – customers, carriers and employees. This role is expected to perform with high levels of quality, output, leadership and continuously seeks to raise the bar while promoting the TQL standards.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Formulates and executes strategies for TQL’s lines of business, tech product offerings and digital channels
  • Manages senior-level projects/campaigns in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and in close collaboration with TQL leadership
  • Responsible for category expertise content creation and/or management including: sales enablement, blogs/articles, white papers/case studies, email campaigns, web content, marketing automation, sales collateral, etc. 
  • Directly work with our in-house designers on artwork while obtaining proper internal customer feedback and final approvals from concept to campaign launch
  • Generates leads and/or penetrates accounts for sales through marketing efforts including email campaigns, marketing automation, Google ads, trade show opportunities, presentations, etc.
  • Play an integral role in both strategy and content development for TQL’s Marketing Automation and Search Engine Optimization efforts
  • Manage or monitor tools and key outputs as related to projects including but not limited to; Google Analytics, Survey/Market Research tools, web analytics and other platform monitoring tools
  • Supports $1M+ accounts with marketing expertise, strategy and industry insights


What you need: 

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a team environment 
  • Excellent digital marketing skills including email marketing, SEO, and customer journey mapping 
  • Knowledgeable of HTML and A/B Testing 
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Kentico, Google Analytics, and Google Ads 
  • Highly analytical with the ability to understand, communicate meaning and make recommendations from data such as click rates and conversion rates plus rapidly changing industry trends 
  • Highly motivated with a hall of fame work ethic
