WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Business Process Engineer II will be responsible for developing and executing the content management and collaboration strategy to achieve effective cognitive operations, knowledge management, and information management across the company.

• Document, orchestrate, and identify opportunities of improvement for business processes and workflows.
• Understands the big picture, set the right scope, and collaborate with the data architect, system administrators, integration specialists, and the business experts to ensure adequate content delivery to the authorized users timely, effectively, and securely.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the needs of internal operations during the various growing stages of the business through roadmaps.
• Manage the full life cycle development for all SharePoint deployment across different sites from migration to upgrade.
• Plan and manage projects associated with various initiatives, tracking/reporting progress to completion.
  
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related science or engineering discipline is required. Advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of five (5+) years working with enterprise content management and business process optimization for the Business Process Engineer II position. (Those with 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered for a Business Process Engineer III role and a higher salary)
• Prior experience with migrating SharePoints (different versions), configuring, customizing and deploying SharePoint (Designer, Nintex, Search API, Azure functions, Site Content, MVC, etc.), building SharePoint apps, leveraging power apps from Microsoft, etc.
• Prior experience working and integrating with development framework and source code repository like Azure DevOps, Jira, BitBucket, etc. is required.
• Expertise with source control and deployment pipeline tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, integrate and validate systems, in a GMP, ISO or other regulated production environment for pharmaceuticals, biotech or medical devices manufacturing is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the manufacture of FDA regulated devices and experience in the health care field is a plus.
• Experience documenting, redesigning, and automating business workflows using RPA technologies is nice to have, not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate issues/problems and results that impact timelines, accuracy and reliability of project data.
• Project management skills and Six Sigma highly desired.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and other functional principles and technology platforms supporting these enterprise functions.
• A professional presence and strong interpersonal skills for interacting in a courteous, timely, and diplomatic manner with all levels of employees as well as other parties/stakeholders involved with the company.
• Local to the Gaithersburg, MD area or willing to relocate with some company assistance. MIGHT consider someone from out of area if they highly meet the requirement and would be willing to travel in as needed.
• Eligible to legally work in the USA without any form of sponsorship.
