McLane Drivers safely deliver and unload product from our distribution centers to our customers, and they earn great pay and benefits.

• Pay Rate: Up to $92,000 for qualified candidates depending on experience.
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for qualified candidates depending on experience.
• Dispatch between 10 pm and 12 am.
• Homes Daily Routes; 4 Day Work Week
• Training available to drivers with CDL-A license who need more road time.
  • Average 1st Year Salary for Driver Trainee: $75,000
• Shuttle Driver position is also available.
  • Average Salary: $57,000 - $75,000
  • No Touch and Home Daily Routes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• CDL A required
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
