Lindner Residences offers 201 apartments, including a 14-unit Memory Care Wing, making us one of the largest, single standing assisted living communities on Long Island. Our innovative facility and growing services offer unlimited opportunities to advance your career. We are currently seeking Certified Home Health Aides to work as Resident Care Coordinators part-time, Friday-Monday on our day shift and evening shift at our Assisted Living Community. Please note; your HHA Certificate must be active on the NYS HHA Registry.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a Certified Home Health Aide and active on the New York State HHA Registry.
• Must successfully complete training as a Medication Aide and work as a Medication Aide on an as-needed basis.
• Basic First Aide training required.
• One to two years’ prior experience with the geriatric and dementia population preferred.
• Experience providing daily support services such as bathing, dressing and general assistance.
• Previous assisted living or nursing home experience strongly preferred.
