Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab is a 120-bed nursing facility. We have 45 long term care beds on our North unit: 45 long term care beds on our South unit and 30 beds on our Rehab unit.  We strive to deliver quality care and memorable resident experiences. Our goal is to staff according to resident acuity.  We are currently recruiting new talent. Currently we are recruiting for PRN Certified Nursing Assistants to fill 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm, and 11:00 pm - 7:00 am shifts.
