Polaris Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, located at Milford Wellness Village has added a beautiful new 14-bed ventilation unit to our facility. The addition of this venture will assist us in providing more services to the residents, and we want YOU to be a part of our new venture!

 As an experienced nursing assistant or a new nursing assistant graduate, you will have the opportunity to showcase your outstanding nursing care skills.  We will provide you the support and assistance you will need to deliver the best nursing care to our residents.

As an CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) Earn up to $18.00 per hour

We have Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN positions available

We are offering a sign on bonus for a limited time!

Our Sign on Bonus program includes:

$1000 for Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)  

$500 Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) responsibilities are:

·    Provide care for the resident such as bathing, dressing, serving meals and assist with feeding as needed

·    Ability to assist with ambulating,  turning and positioning the resident as noted in care plan

·   Assist residents with activities of daily living as documented in the residents’   care plans/care cards/assignment sheets.

·    Follow the direction of the nurses and other licensed medical professionals.

·    Flexible, caring, supportive member of the team

·    Observe all facility safety policies and procedure

Qualifications for a CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA):

·        Must posses an active CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) credential

·        CPR Certification is a plus

·        Ability to build rapport with residents
