Job Description

, a HumanGood life plan community is hiring a full-time Clinical Liaison.

The Clinical Liaison (aka, Post-Acute Liaison) is responsible for generating business from referrals sources to meet the community’s revenue and census goals. The majority of this position is spent in outside sales developing relationships with community hospitals, physician offices, community health clinics and other community outreach programs.

Qualifications:

  • Current/prior experience/license as an RN, LPN, LCSW, Therapist (PT, OP, or SP), or Marketing Specialist highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or MPH preferred.
  • Two or more years in a related field that demonstrates the ability to work in a long-term care setting, preferably with geriatric resident admissions.
  • Medical/business office education or experience preferred.
