Social Circle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center a Long-Term Skilled Nursing Facility has Full-Time openings for CNA (Certified Nurse Assistants). The CNA will interact directly with our residents, providing comfort and transportation, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living needs. Successful candidates are compassionate, dependable, and energetic individuals who strive for nursing excellence, have high standards of integrity and ethics, and enjoy working in a team environment.

Available Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am

Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available. 

CNA Responsibilities:
•Assist with daily living activities. This includes delivering meals to patients, turning and ambulating patients and providing plenty of fresh water, as well as extra nourishment between meals
•Help patients with personal hygiene. Provide patients with bedpans, help with baths, shampoos and showers
•Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient’s chart
•Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
•Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements.

CNA Requirements & Skills:
•Completion of state-approved CNA certification of training course (Must have Georgia Certification).
•Previous experience as a CNA preferred.
•Basic computer skills
•Ability to work as part of team and multitask
•Good communication skills
