Sapphire Estates is looking for CNA's! Full time, part time, or PRN. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is the main contact for our guests and as such, one of the most important roles.

Dual credentialing in our sister facility is available for all interested applicants for PRN shifts.

The CNA is responsible for providing each of his/her assigned guests, with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the guest’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing and/or Nurse.

Position Requirements:

A current AZ CNA License/certification;

Current CPR

Current Fingerprint Clearance Card (Level One)

And a minimum of 6 months CNA experience in a LTC/SNR/Rehab facility, then please apply.

We are currently seeking full time, part time, and PRN positions. We currently have day and night shift available.
