Job Description

Synergy Homecare is based out of Willow Park and has clients all over the DFW area (Arlington, Mansfield, Fort worth, Granbury, Weatherford, Mineral Wells, Springtown, Aledo, Azle and more in between) with multiple immediate openings for caregivers and CNAs. Base pay ranges from $12 to $14 depending on your experience as a caregiver or CNA with some clients paying higher (15 to 18) based on their needs. Hourly bonuses are offered for last minute pickups. Milage is reimbursed after 25 miles one way. We also have a service called Tapcheck which allows staff to recieve wages early for hours worked as well as biweekly direct deposit.  We are currenly seeking caregivers in the Weatherford and Springtown area for day shifts. Listed below are our current open shifts. 

Male client PRN fills Monday through Friday 2pm to 7pm, Saturday 12pm to 6pm, Sunday 12pm to 5pm Dementia, meal prep, med reminders, No personal care, very light housekeeping

Male client Saturdays 2pm to 5pm, PRN fills Monday through Friday 2pm to 5pm Dementia, Incidental Transportation, No personal care, light housekeeping

Male client in Poolville Mondays and Fridays 4:45pm to 7:45pm and PRN fills Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm. Client uses a stand to sit hoyer lift, Personal/Incontinence care, Incidental Transportation, light housekeeping

Male client needs incontinence care, meal prep, companionship 12 hour days and nights

Male client and his wife for PRN fills 8am to 1:30pm and 5pm to 10pm personal and incontinence care, transfers, meal prep, etc. Wife has dementia but no personal cares. 

Male client on Tuesdays from 8:30am to 2:30pm as well as PRN fills Thursdays/Fridays 

Male client on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 3pm dementia care, meal prep, standby shower and dressing assistance 

Male client Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30 to 2pm dementia care, meal prep
