The Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their ever-growing team.

CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) Job Description

• Give general care to residents or to assist residents to do their own; making and changing beds; attend to residents personal hygiene needs as required; serve meals and assist those who need help; record food and fluid intake; answer call lights; report any changes in condition or unusual findings; follow universal precautions with all residents; assist in transfers and maneuvers; do charting on residents; check and record vital signs and weight; carryout restorative nursing measures; attend in-service and other required meetings; maintain HIPPA compliance and confidentiality of all residents; following Nursing Standard of Care; complete assignments timely, completely and accurately; identify safety hazards and emergency situations; other duties and assignments that may be assigned.

Salary: $16.00 an hour + Shift Differential
