CNA Job Responsibilities

*Assist with daily living activities including serving meals, ambulating, turning and positioning residents, etc.

*Help residents with personal hygiene

*Provide adjunct care

*Daily medical record documentation

*Assist the nurses and other staff as needed

*Provide resident comfort by utilizing resources and material, answering call lights and requests, and reporting observations to the Charge/ Staff Nurse

*Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and abide by federal, state and local requirements

*Protect our values by keeping patient information confidential
