Park Avenue Health Center is hiring Part time, Full-time  and Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.

Park Avenue Health Center, a 89-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing patients with high-quality care. Park Avenue Health Center is a Medicare-certified facility and is proud to be both a Four-star Medicare-rated facility, Joint Comminison  certified facility Serving both the residents of the Arlington community and the Greater Boston community, PAHC has built a stellar orthopedic and sub-acute rehabilitation program that embraces physician-driven care and a commitment to quality, wether it is the orthopedic rehabilitation focus you are seeking or medical management of a short or long-term illness, we pride ourselves on positive outcomes and personalized care.

We currently have the following openings:

• Full-Time Day shift 7:00-3:30, Evenings: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Night 11:00 pm  to 7:30 am
• Part-Time Days: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Evenings 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Night 11:00 to 7:30 pm
• Per-Diem: All Shifts (2 shift minimum requirement per month)

Requirements:

• A graduate of an Accredited Nursing Assistant program by the State of MASSACHUSETTS.
• A minimum of 3 months  full-time or equivalent clinical experience.
• Knowledge of established best practices and standards of nursing care.
• Must relate confidentially, professionally, and positively with residents, families, and other employees at all levels.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication/critical thinking skills.
• Answers on Demand (AOD) electronic healthcare system experience a plus.
